These stations are equally good during cocktail hour or as a main course.
Stations offer you the opportunity to be creative and original.
Italian Station
This is our most requested station. Everyone loves pasta!
Our beautiful antipasto features mixed greens, fresh vegetables, pepperoni, imported olives, stuffed cherry peppers, roasted peppers, Italian meats and cheeses, Italian tuna salad, snail salad, caprese salad, marinated artichoke hearts and garlic bread or Italian bread.
The pasta bar offers pasta in white or whole wheat plus gluten free pasta. You get to choose up to 3. Next you pick up to 3 of our homemade sauces including marinara, four cheese, garlic, Alfredo, pink vodka, pesto or Bolognese. Then select from our add ins including chicken, sausages, meatballs, grilled eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers or broccoli served with parmesan cheese. If you
omit the meats, this makes a great vegetarian option.
If you are looking for something extra special, we can add our very popular meat or veggie lasagnas, eggplant parmesan or our flat bread pizzas are a crowd pleaser.
Mashed Potato Bar
We start with creamy mashed potatoes. Then you can add our own cheese sauce, baby shrimp, caramelized leeks or onions, sautéed mushrooms, scallions, broccoli, diced ham, shredded cheddar, smoked salmon, sour cream, chives, roasted garlic, basil pesto, olives, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, peas, blue cheese, herbed cheese and salsa.
South of the Border Station
You will feel like you are in an authentic Mexican restaurant only better because of the quality of our ingredients! Start with homemade guacamole and couple of types of spicy salsas served with crispy tortilla chips. Then add chili with beef or vegetarian chili. To complete this station we offer made to order fajitas. The beef and chicken are marinated and grilled with sautéed onions and multi colored peppers. We then finish off this station with salsa picante, diced red onions, lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans and of course flour tortillas. This is served with Mexican rice.
Middle Eastern Station
Everybody loves our creamy hummus served with homemade pita chips with roasted vegetables. Then add Andrew’s yummy eggplant carponata, stuffed grape leaves, imported olives. Most of these can be added to our falafel to make a wonderful sandwich in pita bread! Finish this off with our version of Spanikopita! To make this a complete meal we suggest beef or chicken kabobs served with couscous or rice.
Asian Station
We choose the freshest vegetables and stir fry them to perfection. These are topped with crisp noodles. Then we offer Teriyaki chicken, beef and shrimp separately. We finish this off with crisp spring rolls, fried or white rice, spare ribs, sticky chicken wings, beef or chicken satay and a refreshing Asian salad.
Salad Bar
Everybody loves our creamy hummus served with homemade pita chips and companied with Tabouli or roasted vegetables. Then add Andrew’s yummy eggplant carponata, stuffed grape leaves and imported olives. Finish this off with our version of Spanikopita! To make this a complete meal we suggest beef or chicken kabobs served with couscous or rice.
Childhood Favorites
These favorites include comfort foods like sliders and hot dogs with all the fixings, chicken wings, baked ziti, pizza, chicken fingers with assorted dipping sauces, French fries and of course mac and cheese if you are not getting the mac and cheese station. Whatever you choose, your guests of all ages will love this station.
Mac and Cheese Bar
Start with creamy homemade mac and cheese baked to bubbly perfection with a crunchy bread crumb topping. Then choose from some amazing add- ins. These include caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, peas, broccoli, sundried tomatoes, olives, roasted tomatoes, peppers or if you want real decadence add lobster or shrimp.
Many of our stations can be adapted to become great vegetarian options.
