Dessert Stations
No party or meal is ever complete without dessert! Here are some of our amazing choices:
Ice Cream Bar
Our number 1 most requested dessert station! You can choose any 3 ice cream flavors. Top that with hot fudge, strawberry, caramel or butterscotch. Let your imagination and taste buds run wild while you pick all your add ins. Finish this off with whipped cream, cherries and nuts. You might also want to add some cookies or brownies.
Crepe Station
We always start with fresh, homemade crepes. Your guests then choose from vanilla yogurt, Nutella, chocolate, whipped cream or mascarpone and top this with seasonal fruits. Finally, we offer a variety of sauce toppings.
Cupcake Station
For something fun and different, why not decorate your own cupcakes? Choose from different cake flavors and our special homemade frostings. These are displayed on our multi level glass shelves and labeled for your guests. Then just like our ice cream bar, you can choose from any of the sweet or savory add ins.
Fruits
Imagine seasonal fruits on skewers displayed on a base of pineapples and melons. The effect is beautiful. You can combine this with cookies, mini pastries or chocolate dipped fruit. Whether your guests are dieting or not, they will enjoy this dessert.
Bananas Foster
We will carmelize your bananas in butter, brown sugar, seasonings and then ignite them with rum. This will be topped with vanilla ice cream and our special sauce.
S’mores Bar
We display the marshmallows on sticks, fire them to toasty perfection, then roll them in melted chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. You will be taken back to your summer camp days.
Fondue
What is old is new again. We melt the best mixture of chocolates. Then your guests may choose from bite sized pastries including homemade brownies, blondies and cookies to dip into that luscious, thick, warm, dreamy chocolate. Plus we offer seasonal fruits and of course marshmallows. You make your choices and we are happy to assemble them for you.
